From the Chairman....

We are a Foundation organized for the purpose of serving the unique and complex needs of individuals living with an upper extremity limb loss or difference.

Through our mission, vision, and values we are identifying, developing, and implementing programs, services, and resources that serve not only the amputee, but their family and friends, and the healthcare, rehabilitation, military, and social service providers that work with them on a daily basis.

Through ongoing collaboration, alliances, and partnerships with other foundations, associations, healthcare and rehabilitation facilities, and the military we will  execute effective outcome based initiatives to facilitate a positive end result for people living with an upper extremity limb difference.

We have a unique opportunity to improve the quality of life and expand the protocols of care for this underserved population across the country.

I hope you will join us in making a positive impact for all those affected by an upper extremity limb loss or difference.

Whether making a financial contribution, giving of   your time and talents to serve on a committee, volunteering at an UpperEx event, hosting an Upper Extremity Workshop, becoming a Peer Visitor or Navigator™, or starting a chapter in your area.Your involvement today can help a new upper extremity amputee and their family tomorrow.

Please donate today....
